Responsibilities and rights of the tourist according to the Amatuni tour company

                      
1. Risks related to any medical services provided during the tour are borne by the client.
2. If the tourist is a vegetarian and the services provided to him include the provision of food, he should be informed about his vegetarianism at the latest before arriving in Armenia, so that it is possible to provide him with vegetarian food. 
3 . Due to Armenia's altitude of 2000-3000 meters above the sea level, mountain passes and mountainous winding parts of the roads, traveling 200-300 kilometers per day, participation of children in the tour is allowed from the age of 14; except for (individual) family tours and one-day excursions, where the participation of children is allowed from the age of 4. 
4 . The price of the tour for children aged 4-15 participating in our tour is 50% discounted, and for two children aged 4-15 of the same family, you pay the amount of one adult's package, and for the 3rd child, a 50% discount applies again. In case of participation of more than 3 children in one family, discounts apply only to 3.
5. Underage participants must participate in the tour only with at least one of their parents.
6. Insurance is not included in the price of the tour and Amatuni-tour company is not obliged to provide insurance for the tour participants. 
7. During the tours, Amatuni-tour company may change the route based on road blockages, road construction works, rockfalls, collapses and similar circumstances, changing the order of the visited places, in such cases, if it is impossible to reach the visited place, it will be replaced by another equivalent place, object, settlement or historical and cultural place. with a monument. 
8. If the restaurant or bakery or the hotel of the overnight stay cannot accept us at that time, it can be replaced by a restaurant, bakery or hotel in another nearby place that is not inferior to that hotel. 
9. In the event of a breakdown of the transport that transports us during the tour, it will be quickly replaced by another equivalent transport and we must make up the time gap with quick visits and/or skipping one or two visited places. 
10. During the tour, it is forbidden for women to enter the church without a headscarf, everyone is forbidden to climb on the church altar, ring the bell, talk loudly and/or on the phone in the church.
                                                                                                    Rights and obligations of the parties

The customer undertakes to՛՛ To pay for the services to be rendered by the executor in accordance with the agreement reached in advance, by bank transfer to the executor's account or by making a manual payment, to make payments in AMD in the places of temporary stay, visit and transit, to be responsible in accordance with the law, including the material damage caused as a result of his illegal actions. for

when changing the offer in the order confirmed by mutual agreement, inform the Customer 1 working day before the day of execution of the order, giving him an offer with conditions not inferior to the previous agreement and at the same price
In case of refusal to provide the services, the contractor is obliged to return the received advance payment and pay a fine of 30% of it to the client.

The executor has the right to՛
 if necessary, replace the hotel and transportation with a hotel of similar or higher quality (the change of hotel is not considered as a change of the travel service program to confirm the order of individual tours, require an advance payment of 70% of the total cost of the order, which is not subject to return in case of refusal or postponement of the acceptance of the order
To confirm the order of group tours (when making a reservation for 3 or more participants), require a 50% advance payment, which is not subject to return in case of refusal or postponement of the order.
                                                                                                  Order confirmation
The order given via electronic communication is considered "confirmed by mutual agreement" if the Customer gives a positive response to the e-mail called "final confirmation" of the Contractor. The fulfillment of the above-mentioned obligations becomes mandatory for the parties after the bilateral confirmation of the order. Regardless of whether the service will be provided for the Client or a third party, the listed obligations are mandatory for both the Client and the person accepting the order.

                                                                                               Unforeseen situations
The parties are released from responsibility and the obligations are temporarily frozen, if the obligations are not fulfilled due to force majeure situations (earthquake, flood, tsunami, war, terrorist acts, strikes, revolution, work of communication means) caused by the impact of insurmountable force in the country of location of the performer and the beneficiaries of the service. termination, general situations, etc.)

Article 3. Legal regulation of tourist activities

2. In the absence of a written contract or mandatory provisions in the contract provided for by this law, reasonable written explanations of the consumer shall be taken as the basis in case of a dispute between the subject of tourism activity and the consumer regarding the tourism services to be provided or provided.


Article 18. Duties and responsibilities of the tourist
1. In places of temporary stay and transit, the tourist is obliged to:
1) to observe the conditions and rules stipulated in the contract for the provision of tourist services; 2) respect the traditions, customs, religious beliefs of the country (place) of arrival; 3) not to violate public order, observe fire safety rules and comply with the requirements of the laws in force in the territory of the country of arrival.
2. In places of temporary residence and transit, the tourist bears responsibility in accordance with the law, including compensation for material damage caused by his illegal actio
